What exactly is alternative counselling
or spiritual counselling?

With Spiritual Counselling we offer an alternative way to help and assist you with any issues where you feel
you would like to change anything or be able to cope with in a better and more positive way.

Spiritual Counselling brings in the knowledge of:

Important notes:

At all times is spiritual counselling only to be seen as an advisory tool, it cannot replace medication for certain diseases. If this is the reason for contacting us, please get back to your GP for medical advice.
At no time could medication be subscribed to you.
Having a spiritual counselling consultation cannot be seen as a miracle cure either. Even when pinpointing the source for your concern it usually involves quite a bit of time and effort from your side to work on it, deal with the healing (which might be painful) and generally be willing to undertake some changes,
i.e. invest some time and possibly a restructering of your thought patterns.
Due to the limitations of email/phone and even face-to-face consultations the service we offer
will not be appropriate for real life emergencies.
In case you are currently in an emergency situation please contact your local hospital,
the NHS help line or a crises hotline.

Confidentiality clause:

Please be assured that all matters discussed in any form of spiritual counselling session
with Time For Talking are dealt with in strict confidentiality unless required by law to report to the proper authorities. Such exception would be if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, neglect, homicide
or other health and safety issues.

Billing:

*We accept all major credit cards,switch and solo cards,
using the secure online payment processor PayPal or for UK card holders also the online processor Nochex.

*Payment can also be made by cheque in Pound Sterling
or by bank transfer, both directly into the UK bank account.
By filling in the booking form you will receive further information on paying this way.

Time For Talking operates on a fee for service basis, offering the following:

*spiritual counselling face-to-face
(by pre-booked appointment locally only, in Hampshire/ Surrey, England)
The usual time is a 1 hour period but 1.5 hours might be a better option depending on the situation.

~for email coaching fees are based on the time taken to read and reply to your emails.

Choosing counselling/life coaching by email is a very easy to use option.
Simply because the client in need always has time in between emails in the comfort of their own home
to apply given tips as well as to think of other possible queries, while assistance is only one email away.

USEFUL NOTE:
Our sent emails are always extremely complex and detailed and most of the time include rather complex findings tailored to your unique circumstances.
Usually such findings can only be developed during one-to-one face-to-face sessions of at least one hour at a time, over a period of several months. For you to be able to also benefit from such rather detailed counselling/life coaching assistance, it has to be noted that the time taken to reply to your emails
(including the preparation time) has to be always several hours.
One off bookings of 30, 60 or 120 minutes' packages, can therefore not offer such in depth assistance. Thank you for your understanding.

In our booking form you will be able to describe your personal situation and ask your questions.
The more detailed your description is, the faster we will be able to forward your in depth
counselling/live coaching assistance.
If your description is only brief we will have to first of all ask you appropriate questions
to find out about your current circumstances regarding your query.
This will already use up minutes from your purchased package.
Hence our tip for you:
Be as detailed as possible in answering our questions on the booking form,
so our counselling/life coaching advise can be forwarded to you soon
and we can do this in the most efficient way.

~for coaching in a secure and private chatroom fees are calculated on the planned length
of the chat. In a secure chatroom the counselling can be delivered in typing or by talking.
For the latter you would have to have a microphone and speakers at your computer as well.

In order to use the secure and private chatroom, you will need to download
the free program 'Yahoo Messenger'. You can very easily download this, free of charge

Alternatively the private chatroom can also be used via the program of 'Skype'.

The chatroom facility is a very good idea for someone, who would like to have
a real one-to-one conversation, without having to worry about phone costs.

For both types of coaching you would purchase a package of 'time' with your first email.
Those you can top up at any time thereafter. You will always be given an idea on
how much time would be involved in dealing with your email (reading and answering and time in the chat). The package sizes available currently are 60, 120, 150, 180 and 240 minutes.
There is also the one-off email package available which involves 30 minutes only. This can be useful for someone who has a brief query only and would like a professional opinion on it.

The packages are charged at the minute rate but by purchasing the 180 and 240 package you will get an extra 15 minute bonus with each package.
