flexible here
and she can offer you a reading during day time, evening as
well as night time.
And this on weekdays, weekends as well as bank holidays.
I
read that instead of using the phone,
readings can also be provided via Skype?
What does this mean?
Skype
is a free software that enables people to talk for free with each other via the
internet
using a broadband internet connection, a microphone and loudspeakers,
or simply a headset.

by just clicking on the Download icon, the software
can be instantly downloaded for free.
After the download we would only need
to know your Skype Name, which works as your phone number,
under which we
can 'call or rather 'Skype' you for your appointment.
The phonecall is then
held from the computer free of charge, i.e. without any phone charges for you.
I feel a phone reading or a reading via Skype is too impersonal, what can you suggest?
It
is important to undestand that often psychic phone readings can be much better
than face-to-face readings
as during a phone reading (and the same goes for
using Skype as it works like a phone),
the reader does not have any distractions
and can therefore focus the psychic gifts much more accurately!
So
for the reader it's not important and actually more of a hindering factor to see
the client during a reading.
And with our web page we have tried to make it
as personal as possible, with lots of audios by Eva personnally,

How long is an Angel Oracle card reading by email?
It's
between about 7 to 9 A4 pages,
often much more, depending on
the angel messages, even up to 13+ pages!
How long is a psychic card reading by email?
The
duration of
the reading is as long as you booked it for
-either 20, 40 or 60 minutes.
It will
be the recording of Eva's voice during the reading, emailed as an audio file (MP3).
What is a psychic card (& and Angel Reading) by email via MP3/audio-file?
This
is a psychic reading like when using the phone or skype, but here it's only Eva's
voice that's recorded.
It works like this: Eva records her spoken live-reading,
just this recording isn't interactive.
This psychic reading should be
your choice if you do not wish to have a live-talk with Eva during the card reading,
i.e. you generally preferring an email reading, so you can read through the
reading at your own leisure afterwards.
This MP3/audio-file as well can be
listened to at your own leisur afterwards.
What divination tools do you use in readings?
The
main card deck she uses are the Lenormand cards.
But sheI also follows her
intuition in using other divination tools like:
other card decks (Oracle cards,
Angel of Light cards, Archangel Cards, Triangle of Life cards, Water Crystal cards,
but
also the pendulum.
Naturally
her knowledge and experience of varies holistic fields of knowledge always comes
through as well.
It is kind of intertwined in her answers at all times.
These
holistic areas are for example:

What cards do you use in
your psychic card readings?
Depending on the reading Eva uses a variety of different cards.
Usually
the main deck are the Lenormand cards, which is a French and very popular cartomacy
deck.
They work pretty much like Tarot cards and give answers to specific
questions, show the past, present & future and much more.
Eva
also gives Angel readings and messages from angels using her intuition and claircognizance
as well as
Angel & fairy oracle cards, Angel of light cards,archangel
cards, triangle of life cards and water oracle cards.
I only know Tarot cards, so what are Lenormand Cards?
The
Lenormand cards got introduced by Mademoiselle Marie-Anne-Adelaide
(born
27. May 1772, died 25. June 1843 in Paris).
She was a renowed diviner for
Napolean and predicted his fall.
The
classical Lenormand card deck depicts different scenes and combines symbolism
on pictures
with printed on playing card pictures. The 19th century fortune
telling deck has been rather popular in card reading circles.
They can be used in tarot card spreads and much more.

What does psychic mean in your card readings?
'Psychic'
means that during a card reading certain impressions through non-rational means
are also received and used.
This can be in form of feelings, visions, sensations,
sounds. Due to the fact that quite often it's simply
a particular thought.
feeling, sensation that comes to you for no apparent reason, one also calls this
phenomena 'intuition',
but it's also commonly known as Claircognizance,
Clairsentience & Clairaudience.
In
our psychic card and Angel readings, Eva receives the answers through the cards
as well as through her intuition and claircognizance.
This means that she
will be guided to tell you exactly what is important to you and your questions
and your situation
- receiving her messages through her thoughts = claircognizance.
What duration is best to choose for my psychic card reading?
Our
experience has shown that a 40+ minute reading proves to be a complete and good
compact reading.
However a 20 minute reading is more suitable for only a
very brief question. And due to the time limit,
it might be possible that
the answers in that reading have to be kept short and/or that not all questions
will be covered .
By
choosing a longer reading than 40+ minutes more questions can be answered,
or
even more aspects of a situation can be looked at.
Therefore choosing a
40+ minute reading is the personal recommendation from Eva.
What questions to ask in a reading
You
can ask any question and Eva will give you the answers of the Universe to all
of them,
only exception being asking on the time of someone's death or lottery
numbers, which both will not be provided to you
For
an Angel Oracle card reading you'll choose one of the following: one question,
Future Forecast, Angel Message on 'a' situation,
Angel
Message on 'a' person,Message
from your Guardian Angel, Abundance/Finances, Life Purpose, Finding Love,
Relationship
Generally
please bear in mind that a question that is vague and unclear will result in a
vague and unclear answer.
Don't
ask the same question repeatedly, even if you don't necessarily have liked the
initial answer.
A good rule to follow is: to consult a card reading 'again' on a certain issue --wait until some circumstances have changed.
The
reason why it's not very advisable to do your own reading, is simply because we
effect the outcome of our own reading
with our own vibrations and energies,
that get influenced by our subconscious expectation of a certain outcome.
When reading for someone else, we are not attached to the outcome, hence the reading
will be accurate.
Regarding
your offered party bookings,
how can I host a party offering card readings
but not have the reader attend the party?
With
this option Eva will provide the psychic card readings by phone or via skype,
this way being able to use her psychic gifts much more accurately than by
seeing the person she is doing the reading for.
As
everyone will want to have their individual reading in a private setting, even
during a party,
the phone or Skype option works wonderfully, as everyone would
be 'taking the phone' or 'going to the computer'
into another room to have
their private reading. Afterwards joining the party/friends once again to chat
and party.
Telling the other party guests as much or as little about their
readings, just as they wish.
In this way readings are provided in an absolute
confidential setting for everyone.

I am very interested in crystals, do you also mention crystals in your psychic readings?
Indeed
if you like we can also name crystals for positive effects in areas of your question.
But
also in connection with angel messages we will give you hints on which crystals
to use
to bring certain angelic qualities into your life etc.
Furthermore stating your lucky days for those areas in your life.
How do I book any reading or service?
Most
conveniently you can book any reading or service directly in our shop.
By
paying on our shop page through PayPal
you will even
receive a £5.00 reduction automatically, i.e. the listed
prices in the shop are charged only.
How do I pay for your services?
We
operate on a fee for service basis.
Very conveniently instantaneous
on line payments can be made either
by credit card/switch online (via our
secure online processor PayPal),
but
also by paying directly into a UK bank account
- however this option takes
a few bank working days for us to receive the funds.
What about refunds and cancellations etc.?
Re:
refunds: No, we do not offer refunds.
Payment is always due for the
booked time spent and the service provided to you.
Should
you have any question or problem with the service you received, please let us
know.
However as we continuously do quality checks for all our services provided,
you won't be left alone with your booked service anyway.
We'll be getting
in touch to keep all services at our supreme quality standard at all times.
For
a very rare situation: should any client after a booking purchase, not
respond to our emails about his/her booking,
and this during a period of four
weeks (after the payment date) the right to receive a refund for the unused service
will expire.
For
that rare situation: Should we not even be able to reach the client nor hear from
the client (after the purchase),
for a period of 3 months, the entitlement
to the purchased service will expire in full as well.
Thus should the client
contact us after that time, a new paid booking will be required.
Re:
cancellations: any appointment time will be officially confirmed by Eva.
Once this has been done the booked
time slot will be yours and not be open
to other customers any longer. We ask all our clients to be on time for
their
reading at the exact starting time. By being available by phone or via Skype,
as agreed and confirmed beforehand.
Will
it be possible to extend the length of a reading?
In
accordance with Eva's booked schedule this might be possible. Here an example:
You
booked a 40 minute reading and at the end of that time you would like to have
a bit more time, e.g. a further 20 minutes.
Ask Eva in your reading whether
it's possible, often it is possible for clients to purchase another time package
in the shop straight away,
in our example this would be another 20 minute
package.
In such instant Eva will even keep the cards layed out, while
you are making your purchase in the shop.
We appreciate your understanding
that naturally all of this will only be applicable and possible for a payment
via PayPal.
[With
this kind of 'time extension', it is important to understand that any 'extension'
will always only refer to purchasing a new time package.
To avoid any additional
costs, we always recommend to purchase a larger time package straight away.
Like
everywhere naturally a 60 minute package will be cheaper than two individually
purchased time packages of 40 mins and 20 mins.]
What about no-shows or being late for a reading?
Re:
being late for a reading: We ask all our clients to be on time for their
reading at the exact starting time.
Should a client be a late-show to his/her
appointment, the booked appointment time will not start from the later time,
when the client answers the phone or can be reached via Skype, but the booked
time slot will be the reading's time
slot only. E.g. Showing up 20 mins late
to a 40 minute reading, will only leave 20 mins for that reading.
Reason being
that the time slot will be booked for this particular client only, and Eva will
be available for the
reading awaiting to speak to this client,
during that time only. We appreciate your understanding.
This way it is equally
fair to all our clients, as the client having his or her reading after Eva just
had a reading,
will be wishing to start on time as well. However it might
be possible to still have a 40* mins reading and even
longer but an additional
time package would need to be purchased first. *(referring to the example above)
Re:
no-shows to appointments: Any no-shows, i.e a client not being available
during the booked time at all
without informing us at least 24 hours before,
will be charged in full for the missed appointment.
Why are there two charges for the readings via MP3 audio file?
Due
to the time involved for us to record and prepare the audio file for email &
its sending,
an additional fee for this needs to be charged.
For each 20 mins = reading's fee plus £10.50
However
this fee can be avoided by choosing a phone/skype reading.
Via skype you can
then easily record an audio/MP3 file yourself,
using the free audacity
software (or another recording software).
This way you will have the recorded
reading for you to keep your recording as an audio/MP3 file.
And as we don't
need to record and email it to you, you save this extra fee.
How does the £5 price reduction work?
By
paying on our shop page through PayPal
you will receive a £5.00 reduction automatically,
i.e. this means that
you are only charged our listed prices (see each page on each service).
For
bookings by email or bookings paid not on our shop
page,
a £5.00 administration charge will be added to the listed prices
on our webpage.
I
noticed that the listed prices show two types of fees
for new and existing
clients. What does this mean?
To
give new customers the chance to get to know our extreme high quality of our readings
& services,
we offer reduced rates for first time buyers. It's like testing
us at reduced rates.
This
means if you never made a booking here,
the listed reduced rates for new
clients apply.
If you made a booking with us before, the listed rates for repeat clients apply.
I
noticed that the listed fees say for 40 mins or 2 hrs often aren't double
the
amount of the 20 mins or 1 hr price, but actually less. Why is that?
We keep our fees like this: to offer our service to as many as possible.
So
that's why often there is a bit of a price reduction with certain time packages,
readings etc.
