For TimeForTalking to be able to provide you with your booked service,
certain information are necessary,
like contact details to get in touch and to provide the reading/consultation,
birth data to draw up astrology charts,
your exact booking details
(like time package, delivery method,
your preferences regarding tools used & information provided to you,
your questions, etc.

The questions we ask before a consultation are simply needed
a) if it's an email booking:
we need to know your exact questions etc,
as we are not directly talking to you in the reading/consultation
b) if it's a live consultation:
to save you time in the consultation,
certain questons are asked beforehand already.
If you weren't providing us with these details before,
finding out your questions, etc.
would be using up your paid for consultation time,
which you are quite likely appreciate to avoid.

For initial Past Life Insights:
the included questions are asked,
as there will be numerous, even hundreds of different past lives you had,
and naturally we like to access only those ones
that are most relevant to you and your current situation,
and as we have a certain time limit to stick to,
such pre-appoinment questions again safe you a lot of time.

And to keep in compliance with current data protection & privacy laws and regulations,
certain questons have to be asked and are standard for that as well.
Like regarding your choice of opting-in to receiving our news for example.

why we need to ask you to provide us with these details.

 Cancellation Terms:

If the service provider fully provided the service and only started providing the service
after the consumer confirmed that he/she loses the right to cancel the contract once the service has been provided.

Information to confirm the exclusion of your cancellation rights:

i) you have expressly agreed that we are permitted to perform your booked service
before the end of the usual cancellation period and
ii) you acknowledged in the booking procedure (form above) that you will fully lose
your right to cancel once the service has been provided to you.

I.e. you agree, that we are permitted to provide you with the booked service before the end of 14 days
and that you are aware that once the service has been provided your right to cancel is lost.
